Welcome to Feed The Beast. When it comes to fitness there are many ways to approach your goals. We are all on different paths and have completely different lifestyles. So sometimes it be confusing on where to start or what to focus on. That's why i chose to make this training app as user friendly as possible so you have all the tools necessary to crush your goals. Feed The Beast is more than just a mentality its a way of life. It is a reminder to stay hungry and to get up and pursue my goals daily. It became my mantra to push forward in the hardest times. Using this mentality I've been able to accomplish multiple 100 mile ultramarathons and everything in-between. Ive spent years educating myself on how to become better and dedicated thousands of miles and repetitions to figure out what works and doesn't. As a UESCA certified Ultra Running / Endurance Sports Nutrition Coach, BJJ competitor and Nutritionist I've developed these workouts and nutrition plans to train for life and events and now you can use them to accomplish your goals as well.
